gigApp License Agreement

In terms that anyone can understand, by subscribing to gigApp, you acknowledge the following:

• Web sites periodically go down. gigApp servers have never gone down, but in the event that gigApp's ISP performs maintenance on gigApp's server, gigApp can not be held responsible. You accept that in extremely rare instances, you may not have access to gigApp.com.
• Computers are extremely reliable. This program has been rigorously tested and found flawless. In the event that an inaccuracy occurs, gigApp.com can not be held responsible. This has never happened, but should you experience difficulty, you will contact customer support.
• Your tour data is your own. gigApp is not responsible for the content of your database.
• Security is of paramount interest to those at gigApp.com. However, the only secure computer is one that is turned off and unplugged. gigApp can not be held responsible for any misuse of accounts issued by you to booking agents, managers, etc.
• You do not in any way own the gigApp program. You are simply leasing its use. Source code and databases are the property of gigApp.com. You may receive a report of database contents relevant to your account upon request.
• You will use gigApp for its intended purpose, to keep your web site current.
• Should you be deemed to be in violation of the spirit of the application, gigApp.com may revoke your subscription. Money for the remainder of the term would be returned.
• gigApp.com will continually evolve and improve. You agree to accept these upgrades.
• gigApp.com reserves the right to change rates for new terms. In the event of a price increase/decrease, gigApp will give you 1 month prior notice.
• gigApp.com can not be held legally responsible for any disfuntion of the product or loss of business/interruption of business operation caused by any abnormality within the program or the ISP hosting gigApp.
• You will pay all subscription fees in advance.
• You have no legal rights against gigApp.com or its staff.
